Hi Lauren – Thanks for taking time out of your Coworking day at Central Business Associates to talk to me!
You now work from our Customer Service Office one day a week, and I am grateful that I can let people know that your Virtual/Personal Assistant skills are available here, as it is a service which so many small businesses need (even if they don’t know it yet!). I am keen to find out more about your business, and let people know what services you can help them with. So let’s get started!

LAUREN: Your Write Hand Assistant

Q2: Your name, and position in the business?
LAUREN: Lauren Micale, Virtual Assistant

Q3: Describe your product or service.
LAUREN: I am a virtual assistant and I offer virtual or remote administration and assistant services to small and medium sized businesses. Basically I take care of your office management and administration needs from our office so you can focus on generating income and taking care of clients.

Q4: If you had to describe your business in 3 words, what would they be?
LAUREN: Virtual Admin Assistant

Q5: What’s new in your business at the moment?
LAUREN: I am in the process of setting up an exciting project to help businesses in the area improve their customer service and office administration needs.

Q6: Why do you do what you do? What made you start, and motivates you to continue with, your business?
LAUREN: I love admin, organisation and helping people. This is the reason I love being an assistant. I started the business as I found many small businesses in the area were looking for a little bit of admin assistance but not enough to justify hiring an in-house assistant.

Q7: Where’s your favourite local place for coffee, tea, or your favourite tipple?
LAUREN: There are so many places but my local coffee shop Juice Jar Cafe is my absolute favourite.

Q8: You’ve forgotten your partners/mothers/BFFs birthday – where’s your ‘go-to’ place that you can guarantee a successful purchase?
LAUREN: I am an organisation freak – I don’t forget birthdays hehe, but you can find me walking around Carindale Westfield quite a bit 🙂

Q9: What was your main reason for signing up with Central Business Associates? What does it mean to you?
LAUREN: CBA has such a great community feel, I love being able to co-work there and get out of my home office, have a chat and meet some new people. Plus you can’t go past that view right?!
